We will install our own equipment to monitor your network 24/7 for any sign of equipment failure or intrusion. We’re constantly adding to this feature of our service as new technology becomes available to us.

We will call or visit you at least once a month at no extra charge to ensure that your network equipment and registered devices are operating optimally and meeting your business or personal needs.

We will check periodically to make sure your computer’s drivers and BIOS are up to date, to minimize any down time due to incompatibility with the operating system or software applications. We will upgrade the firmware of your network equipment as needed to keep your network uptime at the maximum possible.

Simple verbal support over the phone (up to 30 minutes per issue) is included in your subscription.
If you need support via remote access or onsite visit, we offer a significant discount on the hourly rate and waive the trip charge.
